RE:FI STHLM advised Kaisa Technologies AB, a Swedish B2B SaaS company majority owned by Monterro, in connection with securing ARR financing from HSBC Innovation Banking.

Kaisa provides a cloud based customer engagement and lead management platform for digital marketplaces and enterprise customers, with a particular focus on the automotive sector. Monterro is a Nordic growth investor specialising in B2B software.

ARR financing is a type of debt financing based on a company’s Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) rather than traditional metrics such as assets, EBITDA, or cash flow. It has gained popularity recently among companies with stable and predictable subscription-based revenue streams, especially in the SaaS sector.
