RE:FI STHLM Supports Senior Lenders in Stegra’s €1.4 Billion Financing

Congratulations to Stegra on its successful €1.4 billion financing—an important milestone in the development of one of Europe’s most ambitious green industrial projects. We are proud to have supported the Senior Lenders in connection with this landmark transaction.

Over several months, our team acted as principal Swedish legal adviser to the Senior Lenders, advising on a broad range of financing and transaction-related matters. We were pleased to work alongside lead counsel A&O Shearman and the wider international adviser group on this significant and highly complex transaction.

We would like to thank all advisers across the transaction for their professionalism, dedication and collaborative approach. The collaborative spirit among all advisers was instrumental in bringing this complex transaction to a successful close.

A special thank you to the A&O Shearman Stegra team for the excellent collaboration throughout the transaction. We would also like to thank Mannheimer Swartling, Swedish counsel to Stegra, for the constructive and pragmatic discussions on Swedish law matters throughout the process.

At RE:FI STHLM, we are dedicated to helping clients navigate complex transactional finance, restructurings and special situations.
