RE:FI STHLM advises Swedbank on financing of part of Vendus’ SEK 2,7 billion retail property acquisition transaction
RE:FI STHLM acted as legal counsel to Swedbank AB (publ) in connection with a term loan facilities agreement for Vendus Sweden AB (publ).
The financing is provided for purposes of acquisitions by Vendus of 16 retail properties from ICA Fastigheter at an underlying property value of approximately SEK 1.000.000.000, and of a retail property in Västerås, Sweden at an underlying property value of SEK 470,000,000.
