RE:FI STHLM advises SEB on the financing of Vendus’s acquisition of a property portfolio valued at SEK 1.7 billion from Trecore Fastigheter
RE:FI STHLM has advised Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ) on the financing in connection with Vendus Sweden AB (publ)’s acquisition of a portfolio of retail properties from Trecore Fastigheter AB, owned by ICA Fastigheter and Bonnier Fastigheter.
The portfolio consists of 35 properties with an underlying property value of approximately SEK 1,700,000,000, with all properties being let to ICA on long-term leases.
