Fastighetsvärlden: Cederquist-veteran Johan Lundberg launches new agency
Johan Lundberg is a well-known name in the financial industry. Over the years, he has handled numerous PE acquisitions, public bid financings, real estate acquisitions, construction loans, project financings and distressed loans. Now he is starting his own firm and the team from the start includes Sebastian Karlsson and Joachim Strand, both former colleagues and experienced lawyers, as well as Svante Hultqvist, one of Sweden’s most experienced lawyers in the field.
– Together with the experienced team at RE:FI STHLM, I will do the same thing as I have done for the past 20 years, that is, assist with legal advice to lenders and borrowers regarding high-quality financing assignments. We aim to be the first choice for all financial legal matters and to help both lenders and borrowers navigate complex financial matters and make loans happen. Over time, the idea is to further specialize and broaden into related areas of financial law and grow, says Johan Lundberg, lawyer and founder of RE:FI STHLM.
