RE:FI STHLM advises lenders in financing of nordic private equity firm Axcel’s (“Axcel”) acquisition of 15 property inspection and maintenance services companies across Sweden and Norway

RE:FI STHLM acted as legal advisor to Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ), in connection with the financing of Axcel’s acquisition of 15 property inspection and maintenance services companies across Sweden and Norway. The aim of the acquisition is to establish a new Nordic property well-being services group. In total, the new group employs nearly 500 people and generates revenue of more than SEK 800 million.
