RE:FI STHLM Advises Sweco on Sustainability-Linked Loan Conversion

RE:FI STHLM has advised Sweco AB (publ) in connection with the conversion of its existing EUR 400 million revolving credit facility into a sustainability-linked loan. The amended facility links Sweco’s financing to measurable sustainability performance indicators, including targets related to emissions reduction and gender equality. The facility was provided by a syndicate of leading Nordic banks. SEB acted as sustainability coordinator.
