RE:FI STHLM acted as counsel to a syndicate of Nordic banks in connection with JM AB’s SEK 4.2 billion syndicated revolving credit facility. The facility refinances existing credit arrangements and strengthens JM’s financial flexibility, liquidity preparedness, and long-term development.

The syndicate included Svenska Handelsbanken AB (publ), Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ), Swedbank AB (publ), Nordea Bank Abp and OP Corporate Bank plc.
