RE:FI STHLM advises Dala Energi on finance law aspects in its divestment of 51% stake in grid and fiber business and partnership with Nordion Energi

RE:FI STHLM acted as legal advisor on finance law matters to Dala Energi AB (publ) (“Dala Energi”) during its partnership agreement with Nordion Energi AB (“Nordion”). Dala Energi, a Swedish publicly listed energy company, has agreed to divest a 51% stake in a newly formed entity that will own its power distribution and fiber business to Nordion.

The transaction, valued at 3,517 SEKm (approximately 300 EURm), lays the foundation for a strong collaboration aimed at strengthening operations and enabling additional local grid companies to join the partnership.
